Accommodations, meals and non-alcoholic beverages with the exception of a couple of nights out at divine local restaurants in Ubud, local transportation, all linens including pool towels, and yoga equipment. Our retreats include wellness therapies, spiritual and emotional workshops, movement classes, yoga sessions, cultural activities and much more, depending on your chosen retreat.

In addition to our MARQUEE SPEAKER WORKSHOPS, each day will be supplemented with a host of topics. The time-honored practice of Yoga begins each day with asanas specific to menopause.
