A $500 deposit is required to hold your space for a Windrose World Retreat. After two business days or upon our office contacting you and completing registration, whichever comes first, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATION BY REGISTRANT: If you must cancel a reservation, a full refund, less your deposit which is non-refundable, will be provided for any cancellation we receive in writing at least 61 days prior to the commencement date of the retreat. We are sorry but we cannot refund any payments for cancellations made 60 or fewer days prior to the commencement of the retreat.
All cancellations must be received in writing by email: hello@windroseworld.com. Cancellations will be considered effective on the day they are emailed. Refunds, if available and/or applicable, will be remitted within 30 days.
We are sorry but injury and illness do not disqualify you from any of the above cancellation policies. We are unable to transfer deposits or any payments from one year to the next. We highly suggest that you get trip insurance.
CANCELLATION BY WINDROSE WORLD: We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest. Windrose World Retreats IS NOT responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets, travel insurance, any additional lodging or Travel Visa payments due to changes in schedules or retreat cancellations.
In the event that the program has to be cancelled or postponed to a later date by Windrose World Retreats for any reason, Windrose World Retreats will transfer your registration and deposits/payments made to the rescheduled retreat, or any other future Windrose World Retreat hosted program, limited to one year from the date of cancelled program.
As a small company Windrose World Retreats is unfortunately not able to provide refunds of payments for retreats cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. This is primarily due to our financial commitments with the various retreat venues. As a result, the Windrose World Retreats’ policy for Coronavirus cancelations is to apply all payments to next year’s retreat or to any other Windrose World retreat of your choosing through the end of 2024. For those facing financial hardship as a result of the virus outbreak, we will work with you to find a solution that works for both you, us and our venues. If the retreat needs to be cancelled because government guidelines state it is not possible for it to go ahead then you can move the booking to a future retreat date.

Cancellation by you due to Coronavirus
If you have to cancel your booking due to Coronavirus, we will need to see a positive test results within 24 hours of each other with photo time and date stamps. Once we have this we will offer to move your booking to another retreat of the same cost (and if more you will have to pay the difference) or a refund if we can sell your place. If we don’t see a positive test result then our usual terms apply (see below our cancellation by customer).
Please note: During the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, we are taking every measure we need to keep you and our teams safe. However, by booking a retreat you are knowingly and willingly taking a risk and are fully aware that any of the above situations may arise and could result in you having to cancel your retreat due to health reasons. This is out of our control and by booking to join us you are responsible for your own choices and actions both before, during and after your retreat.
Protocols are subject to change based on recommendations from CDC, state and federal laws, and/or local department of health as well as the laws of Indonesia.

Sanitizer for yoga mats will be available for use throughout the program.
Hand sanitizer is readily available, although hand washing is the best and accessible in all common area facilities.
Upon request of our teachers and staff, props, blankets and mats must be wiped after use and should be cleared by program participants in a manner that allows staff to clean/sanitize the entire room.
Dining Hall/Meal Time Protocol:
Hand sanitizer is readily available, although hand washing is the best and accessible in all common area facilities.
Meals are self-serve buffet with all guests asked to wash/sanitize hands before getting food.
Accommodations Protocol:
— Housekeeping thoroughly cleans/sanitizes all accommodations between retreats.
— General housekeeping is available on a daily basis with all staff following health department safety guidelines.
Bodywork & Massage Protocol:
Bodywork and massage is available in a modified form that follows all health department protocol, with both treatment giver and receiver are highly encouraged to wear a mask.
All equipment and facilities within the bodywork and massage therapy room is cleaned/sanitized by staff between individual sessions.
Quarantine Protocol:
If a participant becomes ill during a program, the participant should immediately come forward and inform staff. They will be provided with a rapid antigen test.
If they test positive, we will arrange accommodation for the duration of program.
If quarantine is necessary after the end date of the program, Windrose World Retreats, however, WILL NOT be held responsible for any ensuing housing, medical, or travel delay/change/cancellation costs due to quarantine and/or illness.
INSURANCE
We STRONGLY URGE all program participants to purchase travel insurance with substantial COVID-19 coverage upon finalizing registration. A couple options are roamright.com or travelexinsurance.com, which both offer coverage at a reasonable rate.
PAYMENT
Where only a deposit is made at the time of submitting the booking form, full payment of the balance due must be made 60 days before the retreat commences. Failure to do so may result in Windrose World Retreats exercising its right to cancel your booking(s) and to charge the applicable cancellation charges as set out below.
TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED: In the event of cancellation at any time, for any reason, and by any party, Windrose World Retreats™ WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. For these reasons we STRONGLY URGE that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
Windrose World Retreats does not accept any liability for theft or damage to personal possessions; personal injuries or medical conditions that develop during or after the holiday; or any costs, cancellations or charges incurred as a result of fire, natural disaster, problems with transport, or any other events beyond our control.

I understand that participating in a Windrose World Retreats is entirely at my own risk. I understand my own body’s challenges and take full responsibility for my own yoga practice.
